The added capacitor is on the left, just underneath the alice chip, and a
wire extends from the small chip just to the right of the capacitor to one
of the pins on the Budgie.
This is looking at the board so you can read the "Channel Z" and revision
info.
The timing fix is mainly useful so that the Amiga doesn't have to reboot 3
times when you first turn it on.
